Sky news today has been highlighting the issues around self - harm and the influence social media is playing in this matter. It is all linked in a never ending circle of trying to be accepted by social peers and groups which can influence how people react to comments, pictures and everyday life situations together with how they deal with any possible underlying possible Mental Health issues which may result in them self harming.
We need to ensure that todays young people have a better understanding of Mental Health issues and how the can engage with their peers or others in order to provide that initial support.
FA4MH can assist in this by providing courses to all aged 14yrs and above. Please contact us to discuss your training requirements.
Please contact us if you require a course for you company / organisation. We can set one up just for your needs if there are a minimum of 6 available to attend.
