This course looks at the causes of stress and how we can develop a positive well being both in body and mind to be able to fulfil a healthy lifestyle each day.

At the conclusion of the course attendees will be provided with a certificate showing they have attended and completed the 4hr Awareness course.
A maximum of 16 learners can be accommodated on this course, all candidates must be a minimum of 14 years of age to qualify. Parental / Guardian Consent required. Document to be completed, signed and returned to FA4MH prior to any person aged 14yrs to 18yrs of age attending the course.
Clubs and organisations can arrange for group signings to be completed by themselves prior to commencement of a course once it has been booked and the consent document requested and returned fully completed.
This course runs over 4 hours and ideally should be conducted in one day, but we have the flexibility to accommodate your specific needs if you so desire. Providing it is completed within 4 weeks of starting the course and the training sessions last for a minimum of one hour per session. We will be able to assist with any organisational needs that have been highlighted to us to ensure that all attendees have the best training experience possible with the company.
